Hi guys
Ronnie has reminded me that I'd offered to do some openings stuff (if anyone's interested!). What I had in mind was not theory (not important below about 2200, honest), but advice or suggestions on ways of improving your handling of the opening in general and/or improving your prospects going into the middle game. Also, if anyone has been wondering about one of their games (the what-went-wrong syndrome), then they could bring it along and we could discuss it in a wee group and benefit from the lessons to be learnt.
Anyway, since I'm better placed on Wednesdays this year, could I suggest Dec. 13th for session #1? Dec. 20th is also available, although maybe a tad close to Christmas.
Please let me know if you'd be interested and if there's anything in particular you'd like me to do. I'm pretty open-minded. |

Just a wee reminder to let me know if there's anything you'd like me to do at the coaching night(s), otherwise I'll have to inflict some of my own games on you Don't be shy. Suggestions welcome. |
