Perchance we are still mulling over a date for the AGM, could we avoid Monday 19 May? Eastwood Allegro is on that night.

How about May 12th?
May 5th is May Day and May 26th is a local holiday. Will the centre be closed on both those dates?
If not, how about May 5th or May 26th?
Or Wednesday 7th, 14th, 21st or 28th?

Muirfield Centre is closed on May 5th and 26th.
I propose either Wed 21st May or Mon 2nd June.

Wed. 21st is Champions League final. Maybe better avoid? June 2nd sounds cool.

Why not arrange a meeting with the purpose of arranging a meeting for the AGM?
