Last nights away match in the Lanarkshire first division ended in a 2-2 draw.
David Johnstone forgot that E/K had moved and went to "YE OLDE COURT HOUSE" sadly he forgot to pick up a "get out of jail free card" as he lost to Duncan McDonald. I think starting the game late definately affects your performance.
Here are the details.
1 B Craig Miller 1677~~~~~~~~~~0-1~~~~Ian Marks 1919
2 W Duncan McDonald 1580~~~~~~1-0~~~David Johnstone 1610
3 B Frankie Murray 1547~~~~~~~~0-1~~~George Thomson 1397
4 W Tony Dunlop 1518~~~~~~~~~1-0~~~Robert Kelso 1298
East Kilbride "A"------------------------2.2--------Cumbernauld
When the match started I thought 2-2 would have been a reasonable result. I am a little surprised at how the result came about.
Last nights win for me against Frankie Murray was another example of the coaching sessions which Ian Marks presents proving fruitful. I caught him with a lovely little opening trap which Mark Ainsworth showed us at one of Ian Marks' coaching sessions. Thanks to both of you for sharing your Knowledge with us mortals!
I have waited for more than a YEAR for the opportunity to spring it on some unsuspecting opponent. Everything comes to he who waits!
Thanks again Guys! |
