Hi Folks,
We really should be thinking about our AGM and to give people time to prepare reports etc can I suggest we look at Wednesday 20 June, or is that to late?

Hi Folks,
Since there haven't been any dissenters it looks like Monday 25 June at 7:30 is the date for our AGM.
Can team captains and officer bearers have their reports prepared and if you cannot make it then let Ronnie or myself have a copy.
Any items for the agenda to me asap
Ronnie can you copy this out by email to everyone?
