See occasional Cumbernauld Player Tony (brother of Arthur from Hamilton CC) Mulholland on the next (8pm BBC2 Tue 18th Aug 2009) episode of Coast explaining the relationship between Fractal Mathematics and the Length of the British Coast.

Bummer, I have just seen this now (Wed). I would have been very interested in this as I have a fascination with Fractals.
I will go home and try catch-up TV.
