Hi guys
Happy new year. May all your pawns become queens in '07. Unless you're playing me
There are no matches in the last week of Jan., so how about Wednesday 31st for another wee coaching get-together? Feb. 28th and March 14th, 21st and 28th are also free. Let me know if you have any preference from those dates for another.
Also...if there's anything you'd like to have a look at during the sessions, please let me know. I thought of maybe another on opening ideas, then perhaps a look at endings. Or if you have a game you'd like aired in public, why not? Russian coaches used to be big on group discussion of games. |

| Shall we pencil in Wed. Feb. 28th for the next coaching session? What I had in mind for this one is some more opening thoughts plus restricting your opponent's play, but I'm open to suggestions. |

Robert, no problem. The date is just a suggestion. If enough people write in for a change, then fine |

Ronnie -
These dates/fixtures differ from what I noted from the ones you sent out ages ago (back at the start of the season, if memory serves). E.g., all I had for March was Hamilton D on Wed. 7th, yet according to this calandar, the 14th, 21st and 28th are also busy!?

The ones I sent out at the start of the season were provisional in that we
were still waiting for some leagues to arrange their fixtures.
The Calendar is the most up-to-date version of the fixture list
providing the team captains continue to update me! |

Ah. That's what I get for being super-efficient and actually making a note of dates and stuff when I get them! |
