Please note that the AGN will take place on Wednesday 3rd at 7:30 in the Muirfield Centre, looks like it will be room 16 but will let people know closer to the time.
Any motions for discussion or nominations should be with me before the meeting.
I have been informed that Derek does not want to continue as treasurer and that Ronnie wants to give up his Glasgow League Captaincy so anyone interested in undertaking these posts should make themselves known.
Team captains are asked to provide me with a copy of their written report in advance if they want it photocopied for circulation.
I look forward to a good attendance.

Hi Ronnie,
The AGM is certainly still on and I will be phoning around to encourage all to attend not sure if I have the emails on telephone nos for the new guys, do you?
Are you coming on Wednesday?
