Any idea when Cumbernauld Chess Club are starting back after their Summer break?
Can we all perhaps arrange a date to be there?

Hi George,

Good to see you are eager and willing for the new season to start.

As was agreed at the AGM I have booked room 12 on a Monday evening starting on Monday 18th August.

As with last year if we do not give a weeks notice of not using the room and don't turn up we will be charged accordinly.

Looking forward to seeing you next Monday evening.

Yes I believe it was agreed to start back the same time as the schools.
Is room 12 the one at the end of the corridor?
If so and if we are going to use that as the main room from now on we'll need to think
about moving the kit cabinet.

Ronnie,

Not 100% sure but I think you are right and as you say we might need to get the cupboard moved if that's the case

Weren't we going to use the bigger cabinet in the cupboard at the 'stair' end of the corridor?

I thought that was in relation to brining the library up to Muirfield to encourage people to use the books we already have?

Would still be worthwhile having the small cupboad in the room if we can.
