Given we out-graded them by and average of 225 points on each board not exactly a spectacular performance, but at the end of the day we won the match so well done everyone. |

Just noticed Johnstone-Johnstone on board 3. Reminds me of other interesting (genuine) pairings I know of: Grant-Grant, Fox-Fox, Fox-Cox, Marks-Spencer and the political biggie Mao-Marks  |

Yes, I wasn't really in any doubt that this would happen as
there was still lots of play in the position and George hadn't been playing
passively to try and win on time. |
